Keyboard Battery Minder
We love using Apple’s Magic Keyboard and use it all day every day.
We wanted a better way to check the battery level of our Magic Keyboard. We developed the Magic Keyboard Battery Minder to show the Magic Keyboard battery level at-a-glance.
No-clicking required! The Magic Keyboard charge status appears as a colored icon in the MacOS menu bar. Clicking on the Magic Keyboard Battery Minder icon in the MacOS menu bar reveals additional details and controls.
Our Keyboard Battery Minder provides you with:
- At a glance battery status using a green, yellow, or red charge state indicator displayed in the MacOs menu bar.
- Detailed charge percentage - available by clicking on the colored Magic Keyboard icon in the MacOS menu bar.
- User selectable autostart - start the Magic Keyboard Battery Minder automatically when you log in to your Mac. It defaults to ‘Autostart on login’ - you can change this by selecting the ‘Enable Auto-Start’ toggle in the menu to disable or re-enable autostart.
- Quit the application at any time.
